Information we collect
Booking requests include your contact details, requested service, preferred schedule and service address. Provider applications include contact details, work areas, experience, selected services and references. Identity documents are requested separately only after shortlisting.
How we use it
We use booking information to assess availability, confirm scope and price, assign a suitable professional, provide support and maintain service records. Provider information is used for screening, verification, onboarding and safety checks.
Storage and access
Records are stored in access-controlled systems. Customer and applicant records are not publicly searchable. Access is limited to authorised SPEYA personnel and service providers who need the information to deliver or support the requested service.
Retention and deletion
Booking and provider-application records are normally retained for up to 24 months for service administration, safety, dispute handling and legal recordkeeping, unless a longer period is required by law. Expired intake records are deleted automatically. Private documents follow their own shorter review and retention schedule.
Sharing
Relevant booking details may be shared with an assigned service professional. We may also use vetted infrastructure, communications and payment providers that process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and questions
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information by emailing info@speya.co.zw. Include your booking or application reference so the team can identify the correct record. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, safety or dispute purposes.
